Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration replaces the right to go to court in most cases.
Class Action Waiver: You and AirFryerFinder.com agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Exceptions: Small claims court actions and injunctive relief for intellectual property matters may still be pursued in court.
